The business has been built on many years of accumulated experience with the original organisation, �Thompson Power Tool Services�, having been established by members of the Thompson family including patriarch John Thompson. John has the most experience in industrial power tool application engineering and is very well known and widely respected throughout the industry. John has amassed 40 years of knowledge and experience across a broad range of sectors, including his early years with Thor Tools. By raising the levels of customer service and maintaining promised schedules, the company very quickly gained an enviable reputation amongst its peers. The Thompson Group recognises that the key to providing exceptional customer service is being in the right place at the right time to meet customer needs.
