Submitting websites for inclusion in its search results, or creating an editor account, also requires agreement to the Privacy Policy, Submission Guidelines, and Community Standards (collectively referred to as the "Terms").

Agreement to be Bound by the Viesearch Terms of Use

We take your compliance with these terms very seriously, as failure to comply may result in the immediate removal of your website listing(s) and editor account(s). You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws in connection with your use of Viesearch services, regardless of the purpose of your use. We expect you to act responsibly, lawfully, and ethically while using our services, and we reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user who violates our terms.

Viesearch Service

Viesearch and its services are provided to you on an "AS IS" basis. All websites available in Viesearch search results have been added by visitors of Viesearch. You acknowledge and agree that the owners and operators of Viesearch exclusively reserve the right, and may modify or discontinue the search engine and its services, or delete the data you provide, whether temporarily or permanently, at any time and without notice. We shall have no responsibility or liability for the timeliness, deletion, failure to store, inaccuracy, or improper delivery of any data or information, and you assume all risks and responsibilities associated with your use of Viesearch and its services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Viesearch strives to provide search results that are accurate and up-to-date. However, due to the dynamic nature of the internet, Viesearch cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information presented in its search results. You acknowledge and agree that Viesearch is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the search results. Furthermore, Viesearch does not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content of any websites listed in its search results. By using Viesearch and its services, you agree to use the information obtained at your own risk.

Account Registration, Security & Username Policy

To access certain features of Viesearch, including website submission, liking, voting, or leaving comments, you must register for a user account. When creating and using your account, you agree to the following policies:

• Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account credentials. You agree to accept liability for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized or unauthorized.
• Disposable Emails Prohibited: To maintain the highest level of index integrity, registration using disposable, temporary, or self-destructing email domains is strictly prohibited. The system actively blocks these domains during registration, and any accounts discovered to have bypassed this check will be permanently terminated.
• Username Changes: Authenticated users may modify their username to customize their profile. However, this is constrained to one (1) change every 24 hours, with a strict lifetime limit of three (3) changes per account.
• Notification: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Your Conduct

You explicitly agree by using Viesearch that you shall not...

· provide any content or conduct in a manner that may be unlawful, illegal, threatening, harmful, abusive, harassing, stalking, tortuous, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, offensive, objectionable, or designed to or does interfere or interrupt our services provided. You further agree not to give rise to civil or criminal liability or to violate any applicable local, national, or international law, statute, ordinance, or regulation, including but not limited to laws relating to copyright, trademark, patent, or trade secrets.

· impersonate or misrepresent Viesearch to any person or entity or to forge or otherwise seek to conceal or misrepresent the services, content, or motives of Viesearch.

· collect or harvest any data available in our search results or about other members.

· access our website via any automated or invisible means, including but not limited to bots and referrer spoofing using hidden frames or codes.

· provide or use our website, content, or services in any commercial manner or in any manner that would involve junk mail, spam, chain letters, affiliate programs, pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or any other form of unauthorized advertising without our prior written consent.

Viesearch's policy on copyright infringement and intellectual property protection

Viesearch respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable laws regarding the protection of intellectual property.

If you believe that your copyrighted material has been posted on Viesearch, or if links to your copyrighted material are returned through our search engine and you want this material removed, we provide a community voting system where you can downvote the offending content to signal it for review by our staff. Please be aware that you may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney fees, if you misrepresent information listed in our search engine.

Each search result available in Viesearch includes a voting mechanism to evaluate the specific result. When performing a search, you can navigate to the website listing by clicking the result. This listing includes an option to downvote the website. Downvotes act as a moderation signal, and a member of our staff will manually review the listing.

We take all reports of infringement seriously and investigate all downvoted content.

Please allow 1-2 business days for content review and removal. Please note that emailing your complaint to other parties, such as our Internet Service Provider, will not expedite your request and may result in a delayed response due to the complaint not being properly filed.

Forbidden Content

As outlined in our Submission Guidelines and Community Standards, you may not use Viesearch to list websites or content that contain or promote:

• Adult, pornographic, or explicitly sexual material
• Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Illegal activities, violence, or harmful behavior
• Misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive information
• Personally identifiable information shared without explicit consent
• Content violating third-party intellectual property or copyright
• Malicious code, spyware, or harmful software
• Excessive advertising, link farms, or affiliate marketing schemes
• Gambling, betting, or gaming content without proper authorization
• Sites primarily consisting of low-quality or automated AI-generated content

Termination & Email Bounce Account Purging

Viesearch reserves the right to terminate your access to the service and user account, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, violations of these Terms of Use, violations of applicable laws or regulations, or prolonged inactivity of your account.

In the event of standard termination, we may:

• Disable your access to your Viesearch account and associated services.
• Remove and permanently discard any content, listings, or metadata you submitted.

Automated Hard Bounce Footprint Purge

To prevent index decay, protect database resources, and maintain active listings, Viesearch operates an automated, real-time index synchronization system connected to our outbound email servers. Any permanent email delivery failure (hard bounce, recipient not found, or permanent fail report) will trigger the immediate, automated termination of the associated user account.

Upon a permanent delivery failure, our system will instantly execute a full footprint purge. This process is irreversible and will permanently delete:

• Your editor account and profile metadata
• All websites, categories, and suggestions you submitted
• All likes, comments, and community votes associated with your account

You may also voluntarily terminate your account at any time by utilizing the delete account option at the bottom of your account settings page.

Changes to these terms

If and when our terms of use are updated or changed, members will be notified by email with a link to this page. If you feel the updated terms do not suit you, you have the chance to be erased at anytime in your Viesearch account.

Survival of Terms

Upon termination of your account by you or by Viesearch, all provisions of these Terms of Use which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use, the Viesearch service, or your use of the Viesearch service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and held in a location mutually agreed upon by the parties. If the parties cannot agree on a location, the arbitration shall be conducted in the jurisdiction where Viesearch is headquartered.

The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses of the arbitration, and an equal share of the arbitrator's fees, unless the arbitrator determines that such allocation is not equitable.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Viesearch reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or stop any unauthorized use or abuse of the Viesearch service, or any violation of these Terms of Use.
