· provide or use our website, content, or services in any commercial manner or in any manner that would involve junk mail, spam, chain letters, affiliate programs, pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or any other form of unauthorized advertising without our prior written consent.

Viesearch respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable laws regarding the protection of intellectual property.

If you believe that your copyrighted material has been posted on Viesearch, or if links to your copyrighted material are returned through our search engine and you want this material removed, we provide a means for you to flag the offending content for review and removal by our staff. Please be aware that you may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney fees, if you misrepresent information listed in our search engine.

Each search result available in Viesearch includes a form to flag the specific result. When performing a search, you can find the "flag" option by clicking "More Details" next to a search result. This will bring you to the website listing, which includes a link to flag the website. A member of our staff will manually review the listing.

We take all reports of infringement seriously and investigate all flagged content.

Please allow 1-2 business days for content review and removal. Please note that emailing your complaint to other parties, such as our Internet Service Provider, will not expedite your request and may result in a delayed response due to the complaint not being properly filed.

Viesearch reserves the right to terminate your access to our services, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, particularly in cases of violations of these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, or our Community Standards. In the event of termination, we may:

· Disable your access to your Viesearch account and the Viesearch service.

· Remove and discard any content you may have submitted through the Viesearch service.

You may also terminate your account at any time by following the instructions at the bottom of your account settings page.
