Agreement to Guidelines

By submitting a website to Viesearch, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Submission Guidelines, and Community Standards (collectively referred to as the "Terms"). Failure to comply may result in rejection of your submission or removal of previously approved listings.

General Requirements

• Sites must be fully accessible and functional at time of submission
• Content must be original, unique, and provide value to users
• Sites must be free of malware, spam, or harmful content
• Must maintain compliance with our Terms of Service
• A valid, active email address must be provided (disposable or temporary email domains are strictly prohibited)
• Sites must be publicly accessible without requiring registration
• Content must be primarily in the language specified during submission

Content Standards

• Content should be well-written, professionally presented, and free of grammatical errors
• Information must be accurate, factual, and regularly maintained
• Navigation should be intuitive with a clear site structure
• Mobile-responsive design is strongly recommended
• Site should load quickly and function properly across major browsers
• Contact information should be readily available

Technical Requirements

• Sites must have their own domain name (no free hosting subdomains)
• SSL certification (https://) is strongly recommended
• Proper meta tags including title and description
• Working internal and external links
• Reasonable load times and server uptime
• Compliance with web accessibility guidelines

Prohibited Content

As detailed in our Terms, the following types of content are strictly prohibited:

• Adult, pornographic, or explicitly sexual material
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Content promoting illegal activities or harmful behavior
• Misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive information
• Personal information shared without consent
• Content violating intellectual property rights
• Malicious code or harmful content
• Excessive advertising or affiliate marketing schemes
• Gambling or gaming content without proper authorization
• Sites primarily consisting of AI-generated content

Review Process

All submissions undergo a thorough review by our editorial team. This process typically takes 1-2 business days, but may take longer during high-volume periods. We evaluate each submission based on:

• Compliance with these guidelines
• Overall quality and user value
• Accuracy of submission details
• Appropriate categorization

Post-Approval Requirements

After your site is approved, you must:

• Maintain the quality and accessibility of your site
• Keep content current and accurate
• Promptly update any changed information
• Continue to comply with all guidelines and terms

Reciprocal Linking & Verification

Viesearch rewards partners who help grow our curated index through reciprocal linking. This process is fully automated and requires no manual submission:

• Automated Discovery: Simply add a link to Viesearch on your approved URL. Our system will automatically detect incoming traffic (Referer) and grant your listing the Reciprocal status.
• Verification Criteria: To maintain "Verified" status, your site must contain either the Viesearch or viesearch.com string within its source code.
• Continuous Maintenance: Our background bot periodically validates these links. If a link is removed, the verified status is automatically revoked until the link is restored.

Rejection, Removal & Email Bounce Purging

We reserve the right to reject any submission or remove any previously approved listing that:

• Violates these guidelines or our terms of service
• Receives valid complaints from users
• Becomes inaccessible or compromised
• Changes content or purpose significantly after approval
• Triggers an Email Hard Bounce: To maintain active index health, if our outbound email systems encounter a permanent delivery failure (such as a hard bounce) to your email address, your account and all associated submissions, likes, comments, and votes will be automatically and permanently purged.

Sites that meet our guidelines will be reviewed by our editorial team. We reserve the right to reject any submission that does not meet our standards. If your submission is rejected, you may resubmit after addressing the issues that led to rejection.

Updates to Guidelines

These guidelines may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be announced to our community, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
