We do everything for the client from council consent, house design, mortgage brokers, carpet, tiles, interior decorating etc. Our homes are made with better floors, we use 19mm treated ply through out the entire house (far superior to the weetbix type). For the ceilings, we use a 18mm compressed timber sheet for this, it creates a very flat ceiling, and a very stiff diaphragm for the building claddings, we will use whatever type you like more nails, screws, straps for strength and durability.
