Meet Miss. Elfie Certified Chef & Baker PROFESSIONAL CHEF MISS ELFE as popularly called is originally from Ghana in West Africa. The 2nd born of 4 siblings. Born and raised by both parents in a Christian home. Her mum being a caterer, made her develop her passion to love to cook. She has 20 years of cooking experience and gets her inspiration from how foods tell stories about where people are from and how it brings people together. In her current role, she serves as a catering manager at a renowned University in North Carolina.
