The husband and wife team behind DJays Gourmet never intended to sell their biltong. But when their neighbours smelled the enticing goodness of the traditional South African treat being prepared, they insisted on having a taste. From there, words spread and demand grew, to the point that DJays is now Australia's leading supplier of Biltong, Jerky, Droewors, Boerewors, Burgers and Snap Sticks.
