Lucknow is the city of Nawabs and is a foodie's paradise. To add another feather in its cap as a fitness hub, to make Lucknow fit and healthy and to introduce running as a step towards overall fitness, 'The Run' is an initiative in the right direction. We plan to introduce training over the next 4-5 months to help people achieve their first 5k, 10k, 21k and even 42k runs.
