Whirlpool WP2260518W Refrigerator Water Filter Cap

The Whirlpool WP2260518W Refrigerator Water Filter Cap secures the filter cartridge and maintains a proper seal for consistent water flow. It fits over the filter housing, keeping the cartridge firmly positioned while supporting the intended water pressure and filtration path. The cap reduces the risk of water bypassing the filter and maintains proper filter placement. A cracked, damaged, or missing cap may affect sealing, fit, or water flow.
