The Henny Penny 18233-4 Fryer Heating Element converts electrical power into heat within the fryer vat, transferring thermal energy directly to the cooking oil. At 208VAC and 3750W, the resistance element produces the heat required during frying cycles. Three heating element assemblies are used in the applicable electric fryer configuration, with the element passing through the frypot wall and connecting to the fryer wiring. A 5/8"-18 threaded mount secures the element at the vat.
