The Blodgett 21100 Convection Oven Striker Plate Kit forms the fixed contact point for the door-latch assembly on compatible Blodgett ovens. As the door closes, the latch meets the striker plate and seats against its mounting surface, keeping the door aligned with the latch mechanism. The plate mounts along the inside edge of the oven door frame using its two slotted holes, allowing alignment during installation.
