Advantages of Lidar Mapping Services
Lidar stands for Light Detection and Ranging. It's a remote sensing process by which light from a laser is used to take highly accurate measurements of the surface of the earth. According to ESRI, Lidar is primarily used to create highly accurate aerial maps.
