ET Tube Cuffed – Ideal for Surgical and ICU Use

A Cuffed Endotracheal Tube is a flexible medical tube inserted into a patient’s windpipe (trachea) to ensure an open airway and allow mechanical ventilation. It is commonly used during surgeries, emergency care, and intensive care procedures. The “cuffed” part of the endotracheal tube refers to a small balloon near the end of the tube. This cuff inflates to seal the airway, preventing air leaks and reducing the risk of fluids entering the lungs (aspiration).
