Housekeeping Uniforms: Do They Usually Wear Dresses?
The hotel I work at recently came under new ownership, and they’re planning to implement a housekeeping uniform policy soon. We’re a small property, just 5 floors, with about 10 housekeepers working weekends, and, there’s been no dress code. Right now, I wear black T-shirt, pants, apron and tennis shoes. They’re thinking about switching to housekeeping dress, but I’ve never worn them before. I’m not sure if they’re actually comfortable or suitable for active, hands-on.
