One Person Company (OPC) registration in Pune
Under the Companies Act of 2013, an OPC can be registered in India with just a single member and a single director. An OPC combines the advantages of a sole proprietorship with those of a company. A natural person who is at least 18 years old must serve as the director. A person can register an OPC in India whether they are a resident or non-resident Indian.
