Sinyi Development was initially established as Da Jia Construction and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinyi Realty. To align with the group's "Sinyi" brand and increase public recognition, the company was renamed to Sinyi Development Co., Ltd. in January 2014. Sinyi Development primarily focuses on development investment and construction, continuing the consistent service quality upheld by the Sinyi Group to create residences that meet consumer needs.
