Zenjo offers personalized online and offline lessons to help you achieve mindfulness and inner peace. Zenjo refers to the practice of observing the truth and achieving stability of mind and body through meditation. Classes include Taiko (Japanese drumming), Wim Hof Method (Ice bath + Breathwork + Meditation), Yoga (Asana, Pranayama/Breathwork, Meditation), and Laughter Therapy.
