IndiGrid Completes Acquisition of GPTL Transmission Project

IndiGrid has finalized the acquisition of the GPTL Transmission project from Sterlite Power for approximately INR 10.8 billion (USD 150 million). The GPTL project includes three GIS with a 3,000 MVA capacity and approximately 270 circuit kilometers of 400 KV transmission lines.
