Dr. Craig Castanet graduated from Palmer-West Chiropractic College in 1986. He has 34 years clinical experience; 18 years in an orthopedic, physical medicine and physical therapy clinic, participating in the treatment of more than 40,000 patients. He also dedicated time each week, for 5 years, in a neurosurgical practice, learning surgical indications and procedures. Unlike most chiropractors, he has always had a decidedly "medical orientation".
