I facilitate, design and create contexts for organisations and individuals to tune into the existing intelligence in ourselves, one another, and the systems around us. I advise on diversity, equity and inclusion strategy. I also facilitate the relational practice of circling, in groups and 1-2-1 (where it is akin to coaching).
