Co-working is a growing latest trend, for companies looking for flexibility and modern office space, outlet. Coworking spaces have seen a rise in demand among startups. According to JLL, in January-June 2018, co-working firms leased 19 lakh sq. ft., compared with a mere 6.4 lakh sq. ft. in the first half of 2017. In 2017, 5% of the leased space in the country was occupied by co-working providers.
