Emily is passionate about sharing Yoga practices for all; accessibly teaching the transforming benefits for body and mind. Her past work in music therapy, becoming a mother of two amazing children, and committing to the path of yoga, are all uniquely integrated into her practice and teaching. Based in Guildford, Surrey, offering small group classes, individual sessions and corporate classes, both in person and online.
