Accurate assessment of pipeline risk is necessary to make proper reaction strategies. We develop a new model based on fuzzy logic for assessing pipeline risk. We apply Mamdani algorithm to model the complex and nonlinear structures. We demonstrate efficiency of the proposed model in comparison with conventional one.
