ETO Sterilizer for Heat-Sensitive Materials

Ethylene Oxide (ETO) gas is used to sterilize heat-sensitive objects like plastics and electronics. Sterilization occurs between 30°C-60°C with humidity above 30% and gas concentration of 200-800 mg/l for at least three hours.
