A unique method is utilized for working with a person's unconscious reactions. Similar methods were previously described by Wilhelm Maximilian Wundt, a German doctor, physiologist, and psychologist. The English philosopher J. Locke (1632-1704) is considered the ideological father of the method of introspection, although its foundations were also contained in the Cartesian thesis on the direct comprehension of thoughts.
