Spondylosis Ayurvedic Treatment
Spondylosis is a degenerative process of the discs of the vertebral column that causes stiffness in neck or stiffness in back (low back). The site of spondylosis is commonly the cervical area or the lumbar area and very occasionally the thoracic spinal area. Because of degeneration sometimes it is associated with osteoarthritis and osteoporosis.
