I am a certified Life Coach through the Life Coach Training Institute. I have a Bachelors Degree in Psychology as well as a Masters of Science in Teaching. I have an extensive background in the mental health, social work and counseling fields. This allows for a multidisciplinary approach to behavioral change for my clients.
