EPR registration is done under CPCB (Central Pollution Control Board) for proper channelization of E-Waste. The E- waste is meant to be collected, stored, dismantled and recycled in an eco-friendly manner. EPR authorization is applicable to every manufacturer, producer, importer, consumer, bulk consumer, dealers, e-retailer involved in manufacture, sale, transfer, storage and processing of e-waste or electrical and electronic equipment listed in Schedule 1, including their components.
