Indian Yoga Association (AYM) offers Vinyasa yoga teacher training in India, also named as ashtanga yoga or ashtanga vinyasa, in which movement is synchronized with breath. Vinyasa Flow connects 3-4 poses with vinyasa. Holding time of a pose depends on the pose; deeper stretching has shorter holding time, and gentle stretches have a longer holding time.
