Our application is a modern and inexpensive system for job evaluation that allows for an optional evaluation of working conditions to determine hazard pay. Two additional core features are the automated matching of the grading results to benchmark positions from leading global compensation surveys and the translation into competencies from the renowned TMA competency libary and its 53 evidence-based competencies.
