Scenic Fit offers information on health, fitness and wellness. We run an outdoor fitness Fit camp in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park that focuses on fun adventure filled strength building workouts. In addition, we have a book titled Scenic Fit San Francisco! 10 Inspiring Workouts that is geared toward those who are just in the city for a few days or for those who would like to work out on their own, but would like a route and workout to follow.
