Blitzz: Video-Powered Platform for Technicians
Blitzz is a video-powered platform that technicians in the field and customer service people can use to solve customer problems. Field techs can remotely see a customer's equipment problem and then can use Blitzz to diagnose and be better prepared to solve the situation on their visit. They can also chat, markup images and videos to collaborate on solutions and get tips about where they could get stuck while doing repairs.
