Organic Oscar was founded by concerned pet parent, Marie Svet, shortly after leaving Europe for California in 2007. Upon settling in California, she fell in love with its health-conscious lifestyle. She ate at restaurants and shopped at stores that complemented her desire to lead a healthy life. However, when it came to pet rooming products for her puppies' needs, she wasn't as lucky. Marie looked high and low but couldn't find a dog shampoo or conditioner for her dogs' sensitive skin.
