The tunic is a loose fitting garment, often belted, worn by both men and women, whereas mens tunics could be as short as hip length and worn with some kind of trouser. Come spring/summer we prefer a looser garment in a lightweight fabric with an open neckline to keep a cool breeze. Men's shorts/tunics are getting shorter and should be worn with pride.
