Disaster mitigation through joint effort of community is one of the best ways to deal with post-disaster effect. Disaster is an unnatural thing and we all can't do anything about it, instead we have to help each other and stand back on our own. People lose their lives, homes and family members which make things difficult for them and government do not provide complete help. In such cases, we must prepare ourselves for such chaos and help each other out.
