Regenerative medicine has proven to be very helpful in offering a definite cure for SCI and other orthopedic-related illnesses. The potential ability of these stem cells to be differentiated into neurons has been well studied and confirmed through different scientific literature and the same hypothesis can be applied to treat and restore back the functional attributes of damaged spinal cord.
