A partnership firm working under the name & style of Jyoti Rubber Udyog India Limited in 1978 was reconstituted in 1983 as a privated Ltd Co. and later in 1997 as a public Ltd. Co. under the dynamic leadership of its Mg. Director Shri Ram Kumar Jain. In almost a period of four decades, the Co. has now emerged as a market leader in manufacturing & distribution of Rubber/PVC Industrial Hoses, Sheets, Insulating, Water Stopper, Profiles, Bridge Bearing Pads, Fire Fighting Products etc.
