At the southern end of Waiheke Island, this modern luxury beach house needed a number of premium updates, including a new sleepout, entertainment area, driveway, and a garage for a Sealegs boat. For this quintessential holiday getaway, Dash Build worked with our skilled architect and the client to craft a two-storey standalone sleepout and a boat garage. The design included three bedrooms, a bathroom, an open lounge area, and the garage, all in one premium, modern structure.
