Mei Mei France is a handmade hat brand founded by Yang Meijuan, a designer of the French fashion hat, and Li Meiling, a cultural worker. Yang Meijuan, a designer of the brigade hat, was born in Miaoli, Taiwan. At the age of 27, she went to France to study fashion design. Later she moved to hat design and settled in France. In 2018, her hatpiece "Sea" won the "Best Priss" award from the historic Estivales du Chapeau Caussade Hat Festival in France;
