Researchers from organizations such as DOCOMO, Telecom Italia, Ericsson, Alcatel-Lucent and from universities in Belgium, France, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and UK have optimized the energy use of LTE base stations, which accounts for the highest energy consumption in
