Septic Arthritis is inflammation of joint that is caused by an infection and so is also called as Infectious Arthritis. This infection can be caused by germs that travel in our bloodstream through another part of our body. It can also be caused by bacterial infection from an open wound or from a surgical procedure such as Knee Surgery.
