Yoga instructor Sacha Patires (CYT-200) teaches beginner, intermediate, power, restorative, chair, and yin yoga to individuals, groups, and retreats. With additional certifications in chair yoga, restorative yoga, and yin yoga, you are bound to find a yoga class you love! Lessons are available online or in person - if you are located in the Lake of the Ozarks area in Missouri.
