EJARI is an Arabic word which means "My Rent". In Dubai it represents a legislative initiative issued by the Real Estate regulatory Authority (RERA). According to this law, all landlords, property management companies and land lord representatives must obtain EJARI certification in order to become authorized landlords to rent or lease their assets.
