At MY City Yoga - I deliver a mix of Hatha, Astanga and Vinyasa. I hold group classes as well as corporate, private / semi private sessions and events. I am also a nutritional advisor and do private consultations to help you lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle. As well as understanding the philosophy of the physical Asanas, I incorporate pranayama and fun! I want you to feel good, learn and enjoy yourself!
