.....We provide quality eye care for indigent members of the community at little or no cost to them, carry out diagnostic, corrective and therapeutic (medical, surgical and assistive) eye care in the reduction of the burden of preventable blindness notably cataract and refractive error in and children respectively on an outreach basis. We Empower and improve capacity of local eye personnel and eye clinics in the reduction of the burden of preventable eye blindness by collaboration,capacity.
