Pakistan's real estate sector is booming at a high pace with a growing middle income population strata. Dozens of new property project launches and thousands of properties are being sold every day. Unreal prices, complexity of the buying process, misguidance by self-proclaimed property gurus, wrong speculations spread by biased property portals are becoming a common thing. This situation has made property buying one of the trickiest tasks in Pakistan.
