Pennwood Aged Care Facilities 08 8341 0401 Pennwood Village was built in May 1993. It is a 60 bed facility, including 10 extra service beds. Pennwood consists of six (6) separate houses in a garden setting plus an administration building with function room, catering and dining facilities. Each house contains ten spacious units. Although most rooms are single, we do have 5 double rooms which we are able to offer to couples. All houses have a large communal lounge and Dining Room.
