Engaging in the process of therapy does not mean that you are "sick" or weak. In fact, many of my clients have been some of the strongest and most courageous people I have known. It takes courage to look deeply within and strength to do the hard work of change. Yes, meaningful therapy requires hard work. But I believe it is the most important work you will ever do.
